Who we are

Tidyshelf is a Shopify app operated by Bite Forest LLC. Contact: fieldcartops@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you install the app we store your shop domain and an API access token scoped to product data only (write_products). During scans we read your product catalog (titles, descriptions, images, variants, prices, SKUs, collections) and store scan findings and a snapshot of any value the app changes, so every fix can be undone.

We do not collect, store, or process customer personal data. The app never requests access to customers or orders.

How we use it

• To detect catalog issues and show them in your dashboard.
• To generate fixes: when you request an AI fix, the relevant product title, description, and/or image is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate alt text or a description. Anthropic does not train models on this data.
• To email your weekly scan report to your shop's contact email (sent via Resend).

Retention and deletion

All stored data for your shop is deleted automatically when you uninstall the app, and on receipt of Shopify's shop/redact privacy webhook. You may also request deletion at any time by email.

We will update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be noted in the app.
